I feel like a call to Rivendell might answer your questions...and I thought 
they measured c-t when specifying frame sizes.Should dig up the stud book 
for the 3 bikes I've bought from them with all the paerwork.  Maybe the 
geometry has changed from 2010 but I'm sure they'd be able to clear that up 
for you. If it works out that it's in the ballpark and the deviation is OK 
for you, might want to jump on it, because I'm sure the fact that you can 
no longer order them is going to affect used prices and/or people might 
think twice about selling them. My .02 CDN, of course.
