I’ve always wanted to be comfortable with Moustache bars, but my left palm just doesn’t get along with them (or most other bars except drops). But yes, lovely bike.
Ted’s Riv Road (custom?) is lovely too. Ted, what cogs do you have in mind when you speak of “getting on top” of the 53? Patrick Moore, who stays on top of a 52 uphill and downhill and against and with headwinds (but pulling a 17 to cog on a 24 1/2” tall wheel; 75” gear).
