I spoke to Spencer recently about the downtube shifter bosses vs the 
slotted braze ons as I wanted to confirm what the 2025 Platys were coming 
with, and he said one of their framebuilders had told them the downtube 
shifter bosses are stronger, so their aim is to switch to those for future 
frame runs.
