I have ordered bikey items from the UK that were quickly delivered to me
and later and got the bill from FedEx. My position is that the tariffs are
illegal and that FedEx ultimately will be able to recoup that cost,
assuming the Supreme Court decision comes out as I expect. At that point,
FedEx will file for a refund and then, if I paid them, I'd have to chase
them down for a refund. So I am standing pat and will wait and see how
this plays out.

FedEx really could have dealt with this issue by not delivering the items
to me until In paid them. Now, their letter makes it seem like I am at
fault for that not happening.

Others may differ on this, but frankly I see no moral obligation to pay
something that is blatantly illegal.
