For touching-up we've found the following recipe to work well: 3 drops of "Orange Pearl" Colors by Boyd from Testor's 1 drop of 1114 Yellow by Testors As with any re-touch, it won't be 100% as good as new, but this is just about as perfect as can be expected. And for making the surface "smooth" ... well lots of thin layers (and patience) is the best approach.
