I just put a Nitto M-bar with a DirtDrop stem on my Rambouillet. It always felt a tad small so it seemed a good candidate for an M-bar. I went for a 1.5hr ramble this morning and really liked it. Even took it down a steep section of trail on Mt Tabor and it handled well. I definitely like the look of the DD stem more than a regular Nitto stem. You might contact the EcoVelo guy about how set-up and ride questions, he seems pretty happy with his.
