The 1992 B'stone catalog explains the differences between the 26.0/
X0-1bars and the 25.4/X0-2 bars:

(go to page 36 of the PDF).  It looks like the XO-2 bars are simply a
swept-back upright of the same general type as the nitto albatross/
dove or VO tourist, mounted upside down.  So, I would look around for
a good swept-back bar that has a fair amount of forward curve and a
stem to match and set them up the same way.  I used to have a pair of
nitto "North Road" bars that had a fair amount of forward curve but
they were a bit narrower than the moustaches, if i remember correctly.
