FWIW ... the Bombadil won't take a 65mm tire. It's not intended to. Fork clearance is about 64mm, the rear is about the same. This is tube to tube, but you gotta leave some clearance room, hence it's spec'd at 2.3" , or 58.4mm for tire clearance. Actual tire width of course, and this varies a lot depending on the rim.
