Mine is a 52 with 26" wheels. I run 37s in it (no 38s made for 26" afaik) and there is a bit of room left. I don't know of a 34 or 35 in 26" to try the fenders with, hence my comment about using them successfully with 32s.

There is not much info on the smaller sizes though.
