Height of the bike is not the only issue. The reason I am thinking about the 650B Hilsen is the 700 will not fit a tire as wide as the Hetre with fenders.
At 5'11" and a half but with a pbh ~84.5 of so, I fit the 59 700 Hilsen fine. Sounds as though I may be between a 56 or 58 650B Hilsen though.
