Hmm ..... I didn't catch the "more traditional" part. I take it to mean just that ... bikes from the 80's. Level TT's. No head tube extension. 700c wheels. Probably less tire clearance, I would guess 35mm max. 28w/fender. The BB would be higher than the 80mm the recent Herons used. That's how they made them back then.
