Hi Jordan. How many nights are you planning and what type of distance would you like to do each day? A ride around the entire bay won't take too many days. For starters, you can look into China Camp (CycloFiend country) in San Rafael as one stop, the Portola Redwoods (hilly country--pretty climb-y) as another, and Mt. Diablo (Riv country) as a third.
