own way a Divine manifestation -- otherwise, to quote Guenon, it would
be simply nothing.

I have spent a few days at Abique, actually. No (more serious)
ephiphany then, but a salutory visit nonetheless. Beautiful
surroundings, beautiful little church -- it was in some disrepair when
I was there, some 5 or so years ago.

Are you Orthodox (upper case)? When were you there? I am impressed by
Fr John: I remember him as a young, searching quasi-hippy.
