No hate, I'm a transplanted SF native so I'm well aware of how the weather is there. I should say that when it's clearing up here in Portland I mean that the streets are still wet, the clouds are hanging low but it's not raining right now. I think it'll be fine for riding today for a little while. Thank goodness for fenders.
