What kind of cable guides are under the bottom bracket and where can they be obtained? I had problems with derailleurs "auto-shifting" that turned out to be because the cable has worn away the paint on my Ram, resulting in higher friction. I put a three-inch section of cable housing under there, but the solution that's shown in the photos (whoever took them!) seems more elegant.
