I'll bet most here would agree there is no 'one best' and its a personal choice. All will work, but one will feel best.
I found it interesting a few weeks ago to look at the 'staff bikes' page at RBW. I think only one bike had the M-bars. The bikes were mostly split between Albatross and some variant of drops (hard for me to say if noodle or otherwise).
