i was there to buy a couple of things. got to see and ride two prototypes. i thought they were both aesthetically gorgeous. i am sucker for many of grant's color choices; the oranges, the hillborne green, and wonder if the production sans will end up in the blue i saw today. i am a rider who appreciates bikes built mostly for paved smoothish roads. so the shorter wheelbase of the san wouuld be a choice for me. both protos had pretty fat tires and my around the block ride was tantalizing. i'd love to try one shod with pro race 25's. that might make me want/buy one.
