I don't know; I haven't flatted yet (knock wood).

But as long as I have a 15mm wrench and a flat-bladed screwdriver, the
rest is minor.  On the front, you gently disconnect the dyno wire
(screwdriver helps), compress the (drum) brake caliper and pop the
cable off (again screwdriver can help pry off a tightly fitting
cable); on the rear, same for the brake cable, and disconnecting the
gear cable is a cinch.  The non-turn washers can sometimes be
stubborn, but the screwdriver (aka "the convincer") takes care of
that. I'll take a wild guess that it may add an additional minute or
two to each wheel when removing, and the same when connecting.  Well
worth the extra effort, though.
