I'm about 6'+0.5", pbh about 89cm and have a 64cm quickbeam. I also have a tourer/winter bike with a 65cm seat tube, and I'm basically sitting on the TT at stop lights. It's also handy to use the TT to lower my center of gravity when navigating down certain snow- covered hills in the wintertime. I rode that bike 6000mi in 3 months last summer on a tour. I prefer not having much bend in my back when riding long distances, and I find that having the bars about 1cm below the saddle makes that easier to achieve.
But don't get one size or another because of what others say-- just get the size you are comfortable on, especially after a longish test ride.
