I used to rub the old Look Keo CrMo Carbons. Really great pedals. I've
sinced replaced with Look Keo 2 Max. I don't like them as much as the old
style, just harder to clip into for me. Maybe I'm still getting used to the
shape... I know it's supposed to be easier with the wider platform and metal
insert but still, I always seem to remember making fewer attempts to clip in
with the old version. Maybe because my new ones aren't carbon... I don't
know. The older version was much lighter as well, if that matters, so if you
find a good deal on them I'd say go that route.

I was going to buy the Keo 2 Max Carbons but claimed weight was within 20g,
more importantly actual weight was within 10g for the pair according to Weight
Weenies <http://tinyurl.com/4knb2ks>.

Haven't tried any of the non-Look Keo style pedals but did see quite a few
options when I was shopping around before deciding on the Keo 2 Max. I just
preferred the "look" of the Looks :) the most.
