Ah, man, and i thought this would be a 'how to power your toys' kind
of thread :)
i actually needed this the other day, i had forgot to charge my GPS
watch which i use in lieu of a cycle-computer, it's actually pretty
useful for logging my rides (they have a decent web tool for showing
your rides etc), mine have got a heart rate monitor which i use to see
my intensity.

i ended up using a small battery pack--meant to charge my iphone in a
pinch, and was able to get enough juice to power it. for reference i
have a forerunner 305 and can get a solid day of use out of it (8 or
so hours), and with the auxiliary pack i can get a couple more hours.

it's not as big as the 605, but that also has a bigger battery to
start with!
