I think you're committing a fallacy there.

X is Y
does not imply
Not X is Not Y

So
a burrito wrap is a good item for the price
does not mean a tool roll is NOT a good item for the price.

It doesn't have to be a ripoff just b/c it costs more - that  only
works when you are only judging value by a single characteristic.
