I purchased this bike from my seventy year old father two years ago. He had not used it much. I have put about 1000 miles of riding on it. It is in pristine condition. Following are the details. - Custom repaint early last year, 2010, by Rick at D & D cycles. Charcoal black with cream head-tube and accents. Perfect condition, not a blemish anywhere. - Black 1" threaded Chris King headset. - Phil Wood ti bottom bracket. - Ritchey Logic-Road crankset, 172.5mm arms. - Wheels are 32hl Chris King hubs, black laced with Ritchey/DT revolution spokes to Mavic open pro rims in silver, Grand Bois "cerf" tyres in 700c X 35mm. - Drivetrain is '09 vintage Shimano DuraAce 10spd front and rear derailleurs with 10spd downtube shifters and ti DuraAce 10spd 12/25 cassette, DuraAce chain. - Brakes are '10 vintage Pauls "Racer S" centerpulls in black with Campy carbon levers. - Stem is Nitto/Riv. lugged steel, 110cm. - Bar is Nitto "Dream" 46cm ctc. - Seatpost Nitto one bolt "Crystal Fellow". - Saddle is Brooks "Swift Ti" in black. - Full fenders of Velo Orange aluminum dimpled. Number Two: 2002 ish Rivendell Quickbeam, size 61cm. This was purchased new from a certified Riv. retailer back in that time period. It started life out as "Coleman camp stove green". It's been my primary commuter for many years. Built by Panasonic. Still rides straight and true and is a very nice bicycle. It has been ridden and shows signs of use. Following are the details. - Custom repaint in 2005 by Rick at D & D cycles Oxe-blood red with cream details and head-tube. - Silver 1" Chris King threaded headset. - Phil Wood ti bottom bracket. - Sugino crankset. - Wheels are 32hl Phil Wood track hubs, silver laced with Ritchey/DT revolution spokes to Mavic open pro rims in silver, Grand Bois tyres. - Brakes are Pauls Neo-Retro touring in silver with Shimano Ultegra levers. - Stem is a Nitto "Pearl" in 90cm. - Bar is Nitto "Mustache". - Seatpost is Nitto one bolt "Crystal Fellow". - Saddle is Brooks "Swift Ti" in brown.
