I have my 60cm on order and have many of the parts I will use for it on a converted old Raleigh. I have a 16/19 freewheel and 36/39 chainrings along with Sugino crank arms, Nitto bar and stem with brake levers, B17, Old Campagnolo seat post, SKS fenders, Panaracer 35mm tires etc. I'll be getting some tape, brakes and wheels and will build my own racks.
