Man, this was great. Not to horn in on it by saying, "it really captured it," but it really did. Of course/whatever I've been to Nitto many times, and lots of other factories, too. Nitto alone seems antiseptic and unrushed. Nothing's out of place, nobody seems harried or bummed or "can't wait till the shift is over." You go there, you kinda halfway want to work there...or at least, you're appreciative of those who do. The ONLY quibble I have with this video is that we didn't make it. Dang. Great job, Tokyofixed!
