I use an Ortlieb Office Bag, and I am very happy with it for my commute. I've tried everything - panniers, baskets, backpack/messenger bag, and for my needs -- a desk job that requires carrying papers, files -- you can't beat it. It's a perfect size for documents, laptop, lunch or clothes, etc. Highly recommended, and a great price to boot! And of course, it's waterproof!
