I've been toying with the following conservative estimates:

1 hour from Flying Flags Campground to the Refugio fire road.
3 hours to get to 101 at the coast.
2 hours riding along 101 to the train station.

That makes 6 hours. We leave at 7 AM to get to the train by 1 PM so the guys
still have a cushion (in addition to hopefully conservative estimates above).

p.s. Thanks again Doug and Mike!
