I don't own any of their bags, but saw them first hand at the NAHBS 2011 in Austin. My impressions were that they are well made, and the owner of the company is willing to discuss special needs/requests. I really have all the bags I need, but stopped by his booth multiple times admiring...and wondering if I REALLY had all the bags I need. My only suggestion is to consider requesting leather reinforcement for bags that will be placed on the ground often. Outer canvas wear was the only question I had.
