The updated address for the group is https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/rbw-owners-bunch Once you sign in (assuming no browser-specific issues), you should be able to post. As I mentioned last week, the spam controls seem to have been tightened by the googleverse, so a higher than normal amount of posts by unmoderated members seem to get snagged there. It's supposed to learn who is "ok", but this does not seem to be occurring as quickly as it should.
