I'd say no more than 10% of the Medio riders. This is based on the few minutes I hung out at the Willow Creek turnoff eating a snack. I didn't count, but estimating from memory: 1 out of 10 maybe?
Gran (100 mile) riders probably did Coleman Valley, although they had the Willow Creek option also.
