You should have no problem running 700x35 Supremes on your Rambouillet. I ran 700x35 T-Serves on mine. I wasn't able to run a fender to but I think that was because of the brakes I was using-- Shimano standard (long) reach. I bet with the Tektro standard reach bigmouth brakes you could fit an SKS P45.
The Supremes are a great tire. I have them on my Hilsen and love them.
