AGREED! I have clearance for once a month, use it or lose it! :-) BTW, here's the updated route<http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/San-Clemente-mixed-surface>showing how we came back on the utility roads. 3,700 ft.of elevation ain't bad! That doesn't include the additional eight miles to/from Joe's casa!
I do think we need to go back there with proper MTBs and see what that singletrack is all about <http://mountainbikebill.com/SCST.htm>!
