They were mounted on a Mavic Open Pro on the Rodeo, they are now on the MA3's 
on the SO, awesome tire.

The 700 x 40 Marathon Supremes I have measure 40 mm on a Mavic A719 
rim (fairly wide touring rim). So the 37.5 mm is probably on a 
narrower, more high performance rim. The rim is the other variable to 
consider when pushing the envelope on tire fit. 

The 40s look nicely chubby on my Atlantis; they must give the Roadeo a 
wild look.
