That's the thing about riding. I've been doing about 300 miles per month, and damn! I'm tired!!! And it's not even that heavy a training load (not that I'm training per se) It only feels good when you stop for a while. I like weight training in the off season but only to maintain some semblance of real-world usefulness, like being able to move and lift something heavy (or push a heavy motorcycle around the garage).
