A nice fork, nonetheless, but definitely not a Riv. This may have been an innocent case of mistaken "begins with R bike-builder"... although lately I have seen some REALLY bad eBay ads, where some POS plastic handlebar bag is for sale with the tag "Rivendell- compatible"... (gotta love the creativity)...
