I have a Nitto Moustache bar I can throw in the pile, if that's what Manny wants. That bar can come with an ITM Eclypse stem if any fits (I assembled a small collection while finalizing on length); this is really stiff chromed steel stem although the quill is the standard non- Nitto Technomic (short) length.
I'll also offer to build wheels if components are available. Probably not Rich quality, but I've built most of my wheels and a set of Campagnolo/Aerohead wheels is surviving a 200+ pounder friend without issue.
