You stop, put the chain on the other ring (and rear cog, if you prefer), adjust the wheel in the horizontal dropouts, and ride on. I think Dos Enos means one side has two cogs so you don't have to flip the wheel around. Joe "I want it" Bernard Vallejo, CA.
