Like Rene, I like Brooks and have become an almost exclusive user of their leather tape. It lasts a long time and is very comfy to me. Toshi leather tape is also very nice but not as long lasting. I have not liked Selle Anatomica bar tape. It doesn't look as nice, stay in place as well or feel as good to me.
I do match bar tape to saddle color as closely as possible, but not to bag colors.
