I enjoy the cheaper velo-orange leather handlebar tape which is no
longer available.  The newer, more expensive stuff is here:

I've ridden this tape in all kinds of weather, done 3 or 4 re-wraps
and it's still feels and looks fantastic. Under the leathers is
strategically placed cork tape, ripped into bite-sized pieces and
electrical taped in place (thank you Jay Ritchey).

Wow, it's like ... shocking blue.  Somebody went a little crazy with
