Definitely not been normal in St. Paul, Minnesota. Very little snow and very warm (30's to 40's) most of the winter. Have seen a lot of riders out without studded tires on bikes that normally don't come outside until late March or April.
We'll probably pay for it with a couple of big storms before winter ends. But I'm still not going out there in a t-shirt and shorts. Unless both are covered up.
