Unlikely (impossible) that I'd charge a premium for that. More likely,
will wrestle with what to say, whether to customize or just sign my
name, embarrassed about the awkwardness, but willing, and even tho
Amazon (which, as an author, I should say "the blessed Amazon") is
buying them for less than RIV can buy them for, we'll come close to
Zon price, I think. I don't want to make mad other booksellers by
selling too low AND with the signed thing, and then they'd get made
and say Oh Forget It, he can sell them himself...or something. Will
try to balance the stuff.
