I'll be there -- 8:45 boat sounds good to me. I usually wear my keen sandals with wool socks even in the winter, but those are only good down to about 44deg for an hour or less. I may have to wear the hiking boots this year to avoid frosty toes. If there's too much snow I'll leave the ram at home and pull out the bridgestone mountain bike with studded tires.
