RE: Campagnolo UT Cranks - That is not the use for the tool in the photo. The 
tool is the bearing puller, to be used to pull the bearing off the crank. The 
crank is removed with an 8mm allen wrench. 

The two halves of the split spindle are held together with an allen bolt. Once 
the bolt is removed (cheap low cost tool) the cranks SHOULD come right out. 
Even easier than a crank arm puller and a 10mm wrench like the square taper 
ones.

I had an UT bearing seize, and despite that, removing the crank arms was as 
easy as undoing a single allen bolt.
