I'd say it's worth in the ballpark of $1000 provided it doesn't need 
anything replaced in order to render it rideable.  

If it's got lots of snazzy bags and racks on it, it could be worth even 
more.  People are delighted to pick up a used Rambouillet for ~$1200, and 
the Romulus is only slightly less valuable, in my view.  Best of luck!
