I had to remove my longboards from my AHH because they did not quite work with the 700X38 Schwalbe Marathons. Technically they fit but there was just enough of a rub to be really annoying to me. I could not adjust them out enough. Those look pretty close on your Sam. Do they roll without rubbing at all?
