and some pvc piping/welt cord on the edges before you flip the fabric. Add 
some 1050 ballistic on the edge touching the frame, and some thin semi-flex 
plastic inside to reinforce/distribute stress caused by the allen bolts. 
Oh, and large fender washers, or a 1.5" strip of aluminum.
