If you are at a location where Grant is scheduled to appear in the future you owe it to yourself to go. For me, meeting Grant in person put a perfect cap on everything I have ever known about Bridgestone and Rivendell and the integrity and honesty of those organizations because of his leadership. His whole way of running the company is so different from the marketing, hype and unnecessary products and "improvements" by other companies that it makes Rivendell seem like it is from another planet.
