Yes, they make both, I have a Presta. I got it because the gauge on my old Performance pump was going bad, and I wanted some accuracy, having been educated about lower tire pressure by everyone here. The gauge works, but it's a bit finicky to get seated on the valve, and often all you do is let air out, without getting a good reading. Also a hassle to check, attach chuck, pump, repeat (not the gauge's fault, or course). I basically gave that up and got a new pump with a nice gauge mounted high where I can read it.
