We've never had orange panel decals (the web may prove me wrong on this, but I sure can't remember any, and if we ever did it was another brain ago)....and not many painters could pull it off. It is trickier than mere mortals such as we can appreciate, so my moolah says Joe Bell did it, and yes, a repaint. Silver and orange always look good. Silver/grey---plus orange---plus cream---maybe a little dark blue, but just a little---can look really good. But then there comes a point where it looks tooooo good, and the thoght and effort and concern for color sort of dominates the actual effect. It can happen. That is not the case with this bike, though. I'm with y'all, it looks great.
