Wow, that's tight clearance! Persoanlly i would not run it so close. Like Tom A. i have a pair of the TRP levers (mine are not on the bike yet), i would say this, yes they are nice, yes they are expensive. from your post it sounds like the only reason you want to switch to aero levers is the look, honestly, the bike looks awesome, and anyone that would 'care' about the non-aero levers, would also not appreciate the atlantis anyway.
